Hey guys! I'm a little behind on post right now and I apologize! Ive had a lot going on with A getting home and preparing for our vacation but I have some awesome stuff for you! As I've said before I work in an awesome barbershop. I come across so many different people a day, but a majority of the people we see have been coming to us for a while! Which is the case for this awesome kid and his dad! A few weeks ago, these guys were in the shop and I over heard them telling C about some soaps they make. I asked them a few more questions, and asked if they would bring some back later that day so I could buy some. Guys, this stuff is no joke! I ended up buying one of each! This is something you guys definitely want to check out! But first, check out the story behind the product!

Corbin (9 years old) and his dad were looking for a project to do one day and decided to make some soap. A little while after this first project their family was at Ulta and noticed how there isn't much soaps and bath products that are aimed specifically towards men, so they decided to try it out! They sat down, found a wholesale distributor and created a budget for their venture. Guys! This kids 9! At 9, I was too busy reading Harry Potter and playing with barbies to be able to concentrate on anything! Anyways, they created their budget and figured out how much they needed to sell them for to make some profit. That being said, I bought three bars from them; one of each of what they had at that time and I only spent 15$ I'm big on paying attention to ingredients and how much I'm getting for the money spent. Each bar I purchased was 5 oz for 5$. That is so much more than anything I could buy in store and has none of the extra ingredients they add into the stuff you would buy from Walmart or Ulta. Each bar comes in a sleeve, that has the name on one side and the ingredients on the other. Whats even more awesome, is Mr. Corbin knows whats in his soap! When he brought them back, he sat and told me each ingredient of each soap. He's a pretty great salesmen!

The two bar soaps I purchased from them haven't been used yet, but I got a chocolate coffee scrub that came in the shape of a flower (pictured at the very top) that has been used everyday. One side has the Himalayan Salt while the other side has coffee grounds as an exfoliate. A has used this soap every day since he's been home and there is so much left! Ive even used it and it feels amazing on your skin! It is a little rougher on the skin, at least thats what A says, I enjoy it because after being covered in hair all day, that exfoliating bar is heaven. Also, the caffeine that is in these blooms provides the best kick start in the morning. Like I said, we haven't used the other ones but I can't wait. Right now, they are sitting on our bathroom counter and every time someone takes a hot shower the bathroom smells like the soap! Its awesome!

A few more facts:

-Corbin and his dad are working on reinvesting in two more raw products for different soaps!

-He says their next project will be making hypoallergenic bath bars and shampoo bars. (Will definitely be buying those for A!)

-Wondering where the name came from for their little company? Nyema is Corbin's middle name! He is named after his uncle who died during the Civil War in his home country of Liberia.
