My Burger Recipe!

Im a hardcore meat eater. Ive thought about the whole going vegetarian thing. You know, be healthy and what not.. blah blah. But there is absolutely no way on earth I could give up burgers and steak. Like zero chance. I do however prefer making my food at home, I'm not a huge fan of eating out. So heres my way of making some bangin' patties.

Burgers : 2 lbs ground beef 1/2 cup grated Monterrey jack cheese 1/4 cup BBQ sauce (I use Sweet BBY Rays!) Salt & pepper

**To prevent patties from crumbling, add egg and panko bread crumbs**

Combine ground beef, cheese, bbq sauce and seasonings. Shape mixture into 1 inch patties. Push 1/2 inch indent into the center of the patty. When the pan is hot, add butter to it. Reduce heat to medium. Add patty to pan. Allow patty to cook for 4-6 minutes. Flip and cook until done. DO NOT continuously flip.

Pretty simple eh? As much as I can tear into one of these, I also have a Black Bean Burger thats pretty great. But thats for a later time. Enjoy xo-B
